Concept Jewelry limits the use and gathering of information about customers to a necessary minimum needed to provide services on the highest standard, which includes among others, informing our clients of offered products and services as well as the executions of orders.

Information about customers such as e-mail addresses or personal and address data are not shared with third parties unless a prior agreement from our users was received or unless the current law states so, and they serve mainly to realize obligations toward customers, including among others delivery of orders and subscribed messages.

Customers’ contact information are also used to come into contact with them when it is required (e.g. in case of order confirmation). The users have a possibility to quit our electronic messages (please claim at info@zolline.com).

Concept Jewelry neither monitors nor verifies information concerning the age of our customers.

The under - aged shall send no information, make no orders and subscribe no services provided by our company without a prior permission from their parents or guardians.

We are obliged to protect any data revealed by our customers in accordance with the norms of security protection and privacy policy. The rights of an access to the user’s personal data have been severely restricted so that they were inaccessible to unauthorized persons.

An access to personal and address data has only a limited number of entitled employees of Concept Jewelry on the principles consistent with decree by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (MSWiA) from 3 June 1998 (Dziennik Ustaw No. 80, item No. 521).
