The internet shop www.zolline.com, is run by the company Concept Jewelry Marcin Wesołowski, NIP 583-116-91-70 with its seat in Gdańsku in the street: ul. Łozy 9E/10, workshop address: ul. Nobla 26 w Gdańsku. The workshop address is at the same time also the address for correspondence.

1.The internet shop www.zolline.com offers goods sale via the Internet.

2.The sale is realized via www.zolline.com webpage. After choosing and confirming the purchase the Buyer gets information via e-mail about its realization. The order’s realization starts after we get the payment for the purchased goods.

3.To each order we issue a receipt or VAT invoice at the moment when all the goods chosen by the Buyer are completed and ready for the shipment.

4.The Buyer can introduce any changes in his/her order till the moment of issuing a receipt/invoice. The Buyer cannot cancel the order which has already been sent.

5.All of the products’ prices which we offer on our site www.zolline.com, are gross prices and they include VAT tax. The price specified near each product is binding at the moment of putting in the order by the Buyer.
The shop has got the right to change the goods’ prices in its offer, to introduce new goods to the Internet shop’s offer, to do and cancel promotions in the Internet shop or the right to introduce changes in those promotions.
Goods’ delivery and payment for the shipment takes place in a way which has been chosen by the Buyer and specified in the order.

6.The date of receiving the parcel amounts to the time of completing the chosen products plus delivery time.

7.The Buyer has the right to choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:
a. use the PayPal service and pay online or by means of a credit card.
b. bank transfer to the given bank account.

8. According to the Act from the 2rd of March 2000 about the consumer’s right protection as well as responsibility for the damage caused by a dangerous product, the Buyer has the right to resign from a product bought in the www.zolline.com shop without giving any reasons within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
It is possible only when the goods have not been used and are not in any way broken or damaged. The returned goods ought to be sent off in the original packaging with the received purchase document and with a form declaring the withdrawal from the purchase which has been filled in and signed (that form is also available after logging in to the Client’s panel in the purchase history on our website www.zolline.com).
The shop guarantees return of the amount equal to the goods’ price. Money will be returned within 5 working days by means of a bank transfer to the account given by the Buyer. Costs of delivery and sending off the goods cannot be returned.

9. All of the goods in our shop are covered by the producer’s guarantee.

10. The company is still making efforts so that the jewelry offered in the Internet shop www.zolline.com is of the highest quality.
If in Your opinion the jewelry’s quality is not fully satisfactory we ask you kindly to comply with the following recommendations:
The statutory date of lodging the complaint on the basis of the Act about especial conditions of consumer’s sale as well as about the change of the civil code from the 27the of July 2002 (Dz. U. 141 poz. 1176) in case of finding out that the goods are incompatible with the contract, amounts to 2 years from the day of getting the purchased product. In case of finding any faults in a product within two years from the date of purchase with the aim of lodging the complaint within 2 months from the moment of finding out the incompatibility (under threat of loosing the rights resulting from the Act) – the Buyer should deliver the products with the purchase document and complaint form which has been filled it (that form is also available after logging in to the client’s panel in purchase history on www.zolline.com website) to the workshop address: CONCEPT JEWELRY ul. Nobla 26, 80-516 Gdańsk.

Products’ delivery to CONCEPT JEWELRY Company takes place at the Customer’s expense. The company does not accept any parcels which are paid on delivery. Within 14 days from getting the parcel to our company You get information about the way of considering Your complaint. The complaint claims are free of charge.

In case of faults resulting from producer’s blame the product will be repaired and sent to the Client (the cost of such delivery is covered by our company).

In case of stating the damage which does not result from the product’s faults (mechanical damages caused by the Client himself or as a result of random event in the course of jewelry’s usage) CONCEPT JEWELRY company contact the Client in order to inform him/her about the cost of possible repair which could be done in the form of payable service.
